 My academic experience volunteer experience as well as my experience in the workforce have fostered tremendous personal drive and have helped me to become an independent self sufficient and hard working individual today 17th day of my teaching practice there 17 days help me to acquire the ability to adopt my teaching method in order to fit the needs of the learner.

 "Be the teacher who makes kids exceed to come to school everyday" We all know that theory and practice research and application ideal and real thought and action do not function well or is not valuable without the other I know there is die if they are disconnected from practice and practices that are uninspired by theory and lifeless.

 Today I completed my 15th day of teaching practice yesterday we were assigned a duty that's why we would have arrived 8:30 a.m. today there exist a film festival and dus us we entered into the school we wear called to supply the tickets and at 10 a.m. major teaches asked me to do other duty is there where a inaugural function of vidyarangam Kala sahitya Vedi avanakuzhi  LPS school there was school represents 15 students with different events there we also took part of dance with Jisha teacher.

Today I got to substitution period in the LP classes the fact that I could possibly impact a young persons behaviour is exciting to me I do not want letter grades important as groom growing characteristics in a student I fell that one of the major satisfaction of being a teacher is to enrich a students life.

 "It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in the creative expression and knowledge"                    Albert Einstein As well there held a program related literacy club inauguration the inaugural function start at 10:00 a.m. and my second period was doomed thus I was unable to the program end at 12:00 p.m. and v the prospective teachers move it to serve the food for the our toddlers today as we reached the 'oottupura' there where some persons with camera at first we healthy pay the attention letter I saw it camera head the symbol of 24 news channel Devdas Veer took part of the students TV visuals.

 "The influence of teachers extend beyond the classroom well ended the future". Today my concern teacher asked me to give the notes and as per the time table I would have class on 7th period which was useless for the Teachers become we only get 15 minute then I asked them to write the notes I detected the notes and they write it.

11th  Day of my teaching practice tho it was a pleasant day I was doomed in the thoughts however I managed to be pleasant become I remember this words. What is the teacher is, Is more important than What he teachers                   Karl meninger There are fusion I got many substitution classes and 6th period I went to my concern class 8D yesterday I promise this to show the song when then I played the music were the world children versions after the informal talk and entry activity  . My 10th lesson plan went with its steps and today I was surprised my seeing the happiness of my children.

 A completed the 10th day of my teaching practice as per the earlier the day today as well I ended at 8:55 a.m. and took the discipline duty of morning and at 9:30 a.m. there was a prayer first period I took the lesson plan 9 on 2nd period.

 It was the 9th day of my teaching practice as usual I entered at 8:50 a.m. at morning and I did the discipline duty of morning at 9:30 there was a morning prayer by the school choir team usually I have a class on 7th period but from the very first period itself I got a substitution class on 9th e for today itself there was a model exam for 8th and 9th standard students they are where to exam a day one will be h morning and another one will be at afternoon so here hot and exam at 2nd period I look after the exam duty of 8th E class.

 After completing 7th day I have ability to adopt my teaching method in the order to fit the needs of leaner . Also I have a learned many struggles and methods that will help me grow essay teacher and in return benefit my students I believe that I will be able to help my students reach the optional potential I want to be an enthusiatic personal and creativity teacher for our children of the future.

 "Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher" I recognise that patience,understanding, composition and  sensitivity are essential to this profession which I am wholeheartedly prepare to provide. As usual all the duties we are done and today I got 5th and 6th period in the 8th D and I felt very happy for this .Because I am completed two lesson plans.

 Teaching is a noble profession .one does not go into teaching for the money but rather for the twinkle in the eyes of a student. The fact that I could possibly impact a young persons life is existing to me. I felt that one of the major satisfaction of being a teacher is to enrich a students life. This is a very performed and satisfying way to spend a day at work.

Teaching experience is the calculation of skill. Exposure of training acquired overtime that enable you to perform an existing job better or prepare you for a teaching position.

 Today the 3rd day of my teaching was also interesting to me. As usual I arrived at 8:45 a.m. and look after this small children of UP before first Bell today there was an assembly there one teacher asked me to take care of the LP children.

To day my second day of teaching practice.We areived school at 8.50am and we went to office room to sign attendance register. As we enterd  head mistress was there with teachers and they wre discussing about exane organistion time etc. she alotted us to do the morning discipline duty and social science sir alotted us in several places tolook after children

"Invest is our teachers and our childen will succeed"                                                             Barack Obama                                                  To educate is not the filling of pail,but the lighting of a fire . pupil may forget what we said but they will not forget how we made them feel.i started my second phase teaching practice today.I will never forget the feeling i had when ifirst walked to school .Now this is an opportunity for aspiring us to understand the role and operation of how the management of school is done.
